You want to live sensitive and strong.
But sometimes, you still find yourself pummeling through life, pretending not to be an HSP.
Until you’re worn completely thin.
And the people you love are walking on eggshells around you.
Breaking old habits is hard. Especially by yourself.
What you need is a guide.
Someone you can really talk to.
- Who gets what it’s like to be a Highly Sensitive Person.
- Who knows the road ahead of you.
- Who asks the right questions … and listens.
- Who helps you choose the best route.

Cheri has the skill of seeing exactly what I can’t see or don’t understand, and provides clarity that feels genius—allowing me to make forward progress where I was otherwise stuck. To her this skill may seem simple, but it’s exactly why so many go to her for help.
Here are a few growth goals my clients are working on . . .
- Becoming grounded in the reality of being a Highly Sensitive Person.
- Responding to challenges in a more Godly way.
- Being less reactive to the stress of a “big day” (i.e. Easter, Mother’s Day, graduation, etc.)
- Setting grace-based goals and celebrating imperfect progress.
- Dialing down the over-thinking and over-processing of the smallest details.
… which ones feel familiar to you?
Using Voxer as a coaching tool with Cheri is a huge time saver. Sometimes I don’t need a whole Zoom session, just a quick suggestion. When I’m ready to use her input, it’s right here at my fingertips. What could be better than being able to carry your coach with you?
How Coaching via Voxer Works
Think of me as the coach you can carry in your pocket!
What I love about coaching with Cheri via Voxer is that I never feel “on the spot.” It gives me a chance to think and get clear about what I’m asking. And then I have time to process what Cheri is saying. I love being able to play her Voxer messages over and over, whenever I need a reminder!

Frequently Asked Questions
Once I’ve paid, what will happen next?
As soon as PayPal lets me know that you’ve picked your package, you’ll receive a welcome eMail from me with instructions for connecting via Voxer and a few questions to get our coaching conversation started!
How often can I Vox you? (I don’t want to be a bother…)
As often as you like. Seriously. That’s what I’m here for!
How soon will I hear back from you after I’ve left a voice or text Vox?
I’ll respond within 12 hours, typically much sooner, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Each time I lob the conversational “ball” back into your court, I’ll be looking forward to your response!
What day(s) and/or time(s) should I avoid Voxing you?
I turn notifications “off” when I’m not available, so you’ll never interrupt or inconvenience me. Promise!
How does this differ from counseling?
As Your HSP Mentor, I’ll guide you through a 4-step experiential learning cycle as you practice new skills for personal and spiritual growth. For mental health issues, you’ll want to seek out a trained counselor.
Hi, I’m Cheri!
I’m a card-carrying Highly Sensitive Person. Mom of two HSP adult kids. Wife of 30+ years to one HSP husband. I’m all in this HSP thing!
You may know me as the founder of the Sensitive and Strong website … co-author, with Kathi Lipp, of You Don’t Have to Try So Hard and Overwhelmed … co-author, with Amy Carroll, of Exhale … co-author with Denise J. Hughes of Sensitive & Strong: a Guide for Highly Sensitive Persons and Those Who Love Them.
I’d love to get know you and serve as Your HSP Mentor.
The cool thing about Voxing with Cheri for coaching is the feel of an on-going conversation. With an hour-long Skype session, there’s pressure to cram everything in. With Voxer coaching, you can ask follow-up questions, address what-ifs, and take off on new ideas.
God made you sensitive;
in Christ, you are always strong!
